Demonstration of MAVs on 7 August 2009 near Kolar
was organized for NDMA by ADE and NDRF assisted in coordination.
Sri Bhattacharjee, Member, NDMA attended the demo. 4 teams participated
as per details in table. The maximum distance flown from Launch
Point was limited to 2 kms because
of clear testing range available. All 4 teams demonstrated
reliable autonomous
flight and landing.
